on Dartmouth Street in the Borough afar and and running on said street Westerly thirty two feet to Richard Halls line, thence Southerly along said Halls line ninety eight feet, thence Easterly in a line parallel with Dartmouth street thirty two feet, and thence Northerly in a line parallel with said Halls line Ninety eight feet to the place of beginning,” with all and singular the houses, tenements and appurtenances to the same belonging: To Have and To Hold the said lot or piece of land and its improvements and Appurtenances unto her the said Ann B Taylor her heir and assigns in fee. And the Said Thomas Constable doth hereby acknowledge the receipt of the money with interest due to him under the Said deed of trust, and doth also release and convey unto the Said Ann B Taylor all his interest and estate in and to the said lot or piece of Land
