The farm known as "Lansdown" is leased to 41colored men who
are cultivating 357 acres at a rent of 311 barrels of corn. The balance of the cleared land is used for pasturage.
The farm known as "Briarhurst" is leased to 33 tenants, who 
cultivate 196 acres at a rent of 93 1/2 barrels of corn; Some
of the farming implements on both these farms are in possession of the Bureau, or used by the tenants
