Virginia: City of Portsmouth to wit:

I Dempsey Nash, Clerk of the Court of Hustings for the City of Portsmouth, State of Virginia, do Certify that it appears from the records of Said Court, that the Banking House situated on the South East Corner of High and Court Streets in the City of Portsmouth is the property of the "Bank of Virginia"

In testimony whereof I have hereto set my hand and affixed the seal of said Court this 29th day of November 1865 in the 90th year of the Commonwealth -
