Respectfully returned to Capt A.S. Flagg AQM with the following "
Dr Waller having left here in 1862 It is impossible for me to asertain if he personally gave aid or Comfort to the rebellion. Unless his leaving at that particular time, and being one of the largest Land Holders in this Vicinity with a Son in the Rebel army might not have had its influence on others to join in the same cause
The affidavits as regards his age and health I believe are true.
