City of Williamsburg, sct,

This day William S. Peachy, of the said City, personally appeared before me a justice of the peace, and made oath, that he has has known Dr. Robt. P. Waller for many years: [[strikethrough]] and [[/strikethrough]] has read the petition addressed by him through his agent H.M. Waller "dated Williamsburg Va. 1865", and addressed "To the Superintendant of the Freedman's Bureau for Virginia" and knows all the material facts set forth in the said petition to be true.
