vs.
All the right title interest and estate of Mathias Ward in and to all that lot piece or parcel, of land lying and being in the City of Norfolk Eastern District of Virginia situate on the East side of Church Street designated by the numbers "234" and "236", and also all the furniture goods, chattels, and personal property of the said Mathias Ward in and upon the said premises.

On motion of L.H. Chandler Esqr. United States District Attorney - It is ordered by the Court that the Libel and all proceedings herein be dismissed upon the payment of costs of said proceedings - (The said Costs having been paid) Entered, Novbr. 4th, A.D. 1865.
