resided as of June the year 1835 to the present time; except the period of his absence from the spring of 1861 to the spring of 1865

She respectfully asks that she be allowed to the full possession of her lands. She is now fifty nine years of age. is a widow. and with the exception of a few bonds due, on which she is unable to make any [[??]], entirely dependent on her said land for her means of support. That occupied as it is now by Freedmen it is useless to her for all purposes except as a mere shelter. That she has never acted or accessed in any way in the late rebellion.
