At a County Court held for Elizabeth City County October 28th 1868
Lowry Jr. vs. Cluvariss pw In Chg.

This cause came on this day to be again
heard upon the papers formerly read and upon the report of special Commissioner Henry Whiting of the collection by him of the bond of Parker West and William P. Marrow amounting to five hundred and forty six dollars and forty two cents under a former order in this cause and his expenses deducted therefrom leaving five hundred and thirty six dollars and forty two cents in his hands, to which report no exception has been filed and was argued by counsel, and the court conferring said report doth adjudge, order and decree that one of the commissioners of this Court take the accounts heretofore ordered in this cause and which remain unexecuted and report the same to the Court.

I do certify that I was the counsel who attended to the above styled suit of Lowry Le Cluvarius Le at E City Co. Va. - that the bond of Parker West. I Wm. P. Morrow was given some purchase money of a house & lot of land on the S. Back Street in the town of Hampton in said county which was sold by decree induced suits and which belonged to Elzabeth Lowry, that the said suit was brought to effect a sale of the same,I assume ammpt[[?]] the house at Sum of said Elzabeth Living & was knownas the Lowry lot.and was purchased by Parker Mst. Mr. P Miriam[[?]] being his security.
