This is to certify that we the undersigned are personally acquainted with F.A. Weldon and were before and during the late rebellion, and we know that he does not belong to any of the classes of persons excepted in exceptions 1", 2", 3", 4", 5", 6", 7", 8", 9", 10", 11", 12", 13", or 14" in the President's Proclamation of Amnesty dated May 29" 1865.
