when the said the said Selby now resides containing by estimation four hundred and Seventy fiv Acress (both the same is sold in gross and not by the acre) and bounded as follows, on the north by York River on the East and South by Wormley's Creek and the land of the land by Thomas Newman's heirsees And on the West by the land of Samuel White heirs (how in possession Frederick W Power) And Robert Anderson, and allso a Water Grist Mill the dam of which abuts on one side against the said tract of land and the other against the land of Thomas Newman's heirsees together with all the rights privledgesa and appurtenances unto the said tract [[Strikethrough]] a parcel [[/Strikethrough]] of land and will belonging or in any mannny appertaining
