In accordance with instructions of Genl Cooper Comr Freedmans Bureu I herewith Make Another application for the Restoration of my Farm at York Town called "Temple Farm" coming under none of the 13 exceptions in the Presidents Proclamation and having take the Oath prescribd by Mr Lincoln before the issue of President Johnson, a coppy of which I according to instructions hereto inscribed which is regarded as equivalent to pardon.
