petitioner is advised, claiming the same as abandoned property, subject to the Treasury department of the United States, and that the same still held by said Morse or some other person, in the part, as is alleged, of the treasury- Your petitioner declares that the said property was never abandoned, but was when so taken for several years had been controlled by the agent of the owners, Francis Tyler, residing at Norfolk, and that said owners had done nothing in violation of the law or to forfeit their right to said property, which is still withheld from them & belongs to them as loyal citizens of Virginia and of the United States-

That the said Geo. R. Wilson is Executor of said Dr Geo Wilson, and in that character and for himself as well as the other named devisers of their deceased father, lays this statement before the Gov't of the United States, not knowing any special mode or form of making the application, and praying on his own account & in behalf of his sisters the said Mary Ann Garnett and Georgiana Wayne, who are in indigent circumstances, that the said property may be restored to them-
