I, George Wilson, of the county of Surry and State of Virginia do make this my last will & Testament.

I appoint my son George R. Wilson my Executor, I request the court and the heirs not to require of him any security to this will & Testament for his discharge of this trust.

Whatever debts I may owe at my death shall be paid out of any property either personal or real which my said Executor may think best for the interest of all my estate, except that part in Norfolk herein after given away.

I give to my son George R. Wilson one of the brick houses or tenements on Bank street in the city of Norfolk from a block of buildings containing these tenement he is to select one of these tenements which one he chooses, which I give to him and his heirs forever.

The other two tenements of this block of buildings with the brick house & lot adjoining on the North side of same, there being a lane running between them and which is always to be kept open & used for the mutual benefit of the two lots through which it passes, I give to my son George and my daughter Mary Ann Garnett & George Anna Wayne, but the interest held in this property by my daughter George Anna shall be held in trust for her use by my son George R Wilson to be either sold or retained by the parties as they may think best.

In the event of my aforesaid daughter George Anna becoming a widow, then I direct my son to surrender that part held in trust for his sister to her entire control to be disposed of in any manner she may direct or desire by will or otherwise.

I give to my daughter Georg Anna the Brick house & Lot on Bank Street in the city of Norfolk opposite Hill Street & adjoining the Savings Bank, but if George Anna dies without leaving child or grand-child
