then this property shall become the property of my daughter Mary Ann Garnett and her heirs ~ I give to my daughter Mary Ann my house & Lot in the town of Smithfield adjoining the Masons lodge in said town to her & her Heirs forever. I give to my son George and to my son Richard F. Wilson all my silver plate and silver plated ware and all my library of Books & Maps. I give to my daughter in law Julia A. Wilson my servant woman named Lizie to her & her Heirs forever. At my death after all my debts are paid, I direct that all the remaining property I own except that before divided, both personal & real, shall be sold, and divided equally into five parts, portions, or shares. One part, portion or share I give to my son George R. Wilson to him & his Heirs forever ~ One part, portion, or shares I give to my son Richard F. Wilson, to be held in trust by him to aid in the support and maintenance of himself and his children Richard and Alice and their education. When his son Richard arrives at the age of twenty one years he shall then divide the property remaining in his possession equally between Richard & Alice; but if any loss is sustained by my son in the management of this trust fund, which he is to use to the best advantage for their benefit, he is not to be accountable to either of them for such loss: if Alice should marry, he may pay her, her proportion at any time he thinks proper, being one half of what he may then have in his possession which shall be in full of his demands in his for her share of this property. ~ One part, portion or share I give to my daughter Mary Ann to her & her heirs forever. One part, portion or share I give to my daughter George Anna, but it is to be held in part for her benefit, vested in some stock by my son.
