George, the interest to be paid annually to her for her use, but if my daughter George Anna becomes a widow she is then to receive the whole amount from my own George to be disposed of as she thinks proper by will or otherwise ~

One part, portion or share I give to my daughter in law Julia A. Wilson (widow of my deceased son James D. Wilson) to be held in trust by her, in aid of the support & maintenance of herself and her three sons Charles, Thomas & William and their education -

When they severally arrive at the age of twenty one years she shall pay to each one of them one third of whatever remains of this fund or property then in her hands- But it is expressly to be understood that if my said daughter in law Julia A. Wilson shall marry again, in that event she shall cease immediately to have any interest, control or management of this property portion or share of my estate given to her children & held in trust for them by her, that it be paid to some legally constituted Guardian to the divided as aforesaid.

It is my intention in this Will that if Julia A. Wilson should marry again, the property in her hands shall go for the benefit of Charles, Thomas & William my grandchildren or such of them as may be living then, and if either of the children shall die after their Mother's marriage, in that event the share of him or them who may die under age shall go to the surviving brother or brothers, as my purpose is not to provide for my daughter in law after her marriage.

Witness my hand & seal this twenty sixth day of November One Thousand eight hundred & fifty nine -
(Signed) George Wilson
