Respectfully returned to Mr Johnston Asst Supt &c with report - Since the occupation of Wilson farms as a camp by the Military, in 1863 they have not been in charge of or cultivated by this Dept. A number of Freedmen occupy the old camp huts. The value, as assessed in 1860 is $10,875
