Northampton County to luct:

George Kerr [[Strikethrough]] mak [[/Strikethrough]] this day personally appeared before me Luther Nottingham a justice of the peace for the county of Northampton and Maketh oath and says, that Mrs Sarah U Winder the within petitioner is tenant for life, in the within house and lot, containing eight-acres, first, that she was endowed of one third of each lot, according to law, and that the other two thirds were assigned her in lieu of her dower, in a certain farm called Yeardly given under my hand and seal this the 17th day of October 1865.

I. Lafayette Harmanson, clerk of the court in and for said county, in the state aforesaid hereby certify, that Luther Nottingham before whom the foregoing oath was taken, was at the time a Justice of the peace in and for said county duly commissioned and qualified, and by law authorized to administer facts generally and that his signature above is genuine in testimony whereof I, hereto by my hand and annex the seal of the said court this 17th day of October A.D. 1865.
