current expenses in some solvent Savings Bank, or otherwise invest the same in the name of the propper owner. And I further direct that my Executor aforesaid shall annually on the 1st day of February return to Court to be placed upon record a full and intelligible report of their proceedings for the preceding year up to the 1st January. As Witness to all of which I have hereunto affixed my hand and seal this 2d day of January 1857.

At a Court of the Corporation of the City of Norfolk held on the 26th day of January 1857. The will of William Dey deceased was proved by the oaths of David Dey, R E Carroll and Annie C Dey the witnesses thereto and ordered to be recorded And on the motion of Margaret C Dey and George W Dey the Executrix and Executor therein named who made oath thereto and entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of fifty thousand dollars without Security as directed by the said Will conditioned according to law; Certificate is granted them for obtaining probat of the said will in due form
