of whatsoever nature I may hereafter acquire I devise and bequeath to my grandchildren now alive and hereafter to be born and living at the time of my death to be equally divided between them. I hereby constitute and appoint Mallory M. Todd and Edward Delaney executors of this my will and desire that no security be required of them. Given under my hand and seal this thirtieth day of July in the year of our Lord; one thousand eight hundred and thirty one.
