on the motion of Mallory M. Todd and Edward Delaney the executors therein name who made oath thereto and entered into and acknowledged a bond in the penalty of three thousand Dollars (without security as directed by the testatrix) conditioned as the law directs certificate is granted the said Mallory M. Todd and Edward Delany for obtaining a probat thereof in due form. And at a Quarterly Session Court continued and held the 29th day of November 1832 The last will and Testament of Alice Dawley deceased with the codicil thereafter written were further proved by the oath of Robert E. Taylor a witness thereto and ordered to be recorded.
