Colonel:
William G Young, of Warwick County, Va. having received the special pardon of the President of the United States, you are herby directed to restore, so far as the jurisdiction of this Bureau extends over it, that portion of the property formerly owned by him which you now hold as abandoned property, and also such abandoned property as he holds in trust for minor children.
 
Said property is claimed to be as follows:-
Two thousand, nine hundred and fifty (2,950) acres of land in Warwick County, Virginia.
