Respectfully returned to Maj James Johnson Supt 6th Dist Va with report. that after investigation of the within case.  I find that Arthur Lambkin was indentured by Capt W.H.H. Frye 11th Me Vols against the wishes of his Uncle who is well able to take care of. and educate him.
I have therefore cancelled the Indentures and ordered the boy to be delivered to his Uncle.
