Three of these were erected by the soldiers while encamped thereon. and Mrs. Wilson claims these under an order of Genl O. L. Morris the Comdg Officer at the time they were vacated. The other buildings was erected by the city of Portsmouth in March 1866 for the use of the Hosp'l.
