Respectfully returned to Maj. James Johnson with information that upon the records in county clerks office of Westmoreland Co. Va. there is no account of John Booker or any such a man ever having an estate. There is but one Wm. Beale in my whole sub-Dist, and he is a minister and under age, so he could have administered upon any estate. I am also unable to find such a man as Levi Booker who makes the complaint.
