A.A.A.G. (thro Capt R.S. Lacy Supt 7th Dist Va) with information of the action taken by the Civil Authorities in the case of Johannah Obie vs the two sons of Thomas Drumhiller named respectively. Darius. and Hamilton- The last named was bound in the sum of Fifty dollars to keep the peace. Darius could not be found and no action was taken in his case. by the Magistrate.
No further action has been taken by the Civil Authorities. 
I would invite attention to the fact that the original intention of this communication was to rest the legality of the action taken by the Commonwealth Attorney in dismissing the case.
