I have the honor to state that I attended the Floyd Co Court on the 23d inst and that the magistrates refused to acknowledge the authority of Maj Gen'l Terry in the "Adams Horse Case" and decided to go on with the trial. The trials were, however, postponed until next court in consequence of the absence of Witnesses. The Horse is I believe, still in the hands of Comron.
