Jones Secretary Bo'd Overseers Poor, Page County - Cir 12 States that the Board can only make such provision for the poor as the law under which they are acting authorizes - That so far, though their accommodations are not enough for the White poor of the County, they have made no distinction of color - Thinks, that as the county court keeps the tax for the supporting the poor, that body would be the proper one to reply to the questions propounded.
