General,
In accordance with Cir no 12. Bureau Refugees, F. & A.L. Hd Qrs Asst Com. State of Virginia dated Richmond March 21st 1866.  I have submitted the questions herein stated to the Board of Overseers of the Poor for this County.

But owing to their living in different parts of the County and not all meeting but once a year (and that on the 1st April) it will take some time to have them called together so that they can give proper answers to the questions.

As soon as I receive their answers I will forward them without delay.

In regard to Par III. same Circular and also to Circular No 15. Bureau Refugees F & A.L. Hd Qrs, Asst. Com. State of Virginia dated Richmond April 11th 1866. I would make the following report.

1. The amount of County levy required to be paid by each tithable person in the County,
