& a great many of the able bodyed Negroes have built cabbin on ther old masters farms & can gain ther support. We meet again [[strikethrough]] at [[/strikethrough]] in June to finnish the buisness of the year

From pressent prospect the Tax will be very sight for the support of their District  We exercise the same Rule in regard to poor Negro children that have no friend that can support them  they are bound out untill they arrive to the age of 21 years. We have a good many Negro children that have no parents. & such we bind out to good homes as above, so from pressent prospects we can manage all of our Negro Rac in this county
