Asst. Supt. B of R. F & A.L.
Danville Va

Captain,
I have the honor to make the following Report in answer to Cir No 12, B of R.F. & C. Lynchburg Va. The Overseers of the Poor in Henry Co. I have had an interview with, and was informed by them that it was the intention of the Board, to provide for all destitute persons of the County of Henry, both White and Black, for the year 1866.- I requested an answer in writing to the questions propounded in the Circular, but as yet have received none, and in consequence thereof I have written this communication. I have visited Patrick Co. and find that it will be impossible to ascertain any answers to the Circular referred to in the above, before the last of May.
