I have the honor to enclose herewith answers to the questions contained in Circular No. 12. dated March 21st. 1866, and would respectfully state that every disposition is shown, and it is the intention of the white people of this Co. to do what is right for all colored paupers as well as whites without distinction. there is at the present time and has been for some years an old colored woman supported and living in the poor house, it is presumed that every preparation will be made for them at the next full meeting of the Board of Overseers for the poor of this County.
