General Remarks. 

The wife and Children of Beverly Breeding a Union Man Conscribed and carried off and supposed to have been killed by the Rebels, during the War. 

The wife and Children of Simson Cottier a Union Man Conscribed and carried off and also, supposed to have been killed by the Rebels, during the War. 

Superannuated Union Man, Blind, proscribed and badly treated by Rebel Conscript officials.

All these persons are entirely destitute, having during the War, lost all their property, are helpless and have, at this time, no means of making a support, nor have the Civil Authorities made any provision for them.
