These cannot go to the poors=house for certain ruin would then come upon them & then this class of sufferers are so large no poors=house in the world could hold them. Do this class come under this order?

I think if they do, it would not be more than for two months this class would require help. 

The better or higher class of whites are all opposed to rations being issued to this poor class, that is especially to those who have been diserters and Refugees from the late rebel cause. 

If rations could be sent, (say enough for 200 persons for one month) [[strikethrough]] me [[/strikethrough]] on to me at this place I could have it stored and issue it to a far better advantage as some would need less than others and further I could fix it so I would not be imposed upon nor the Government either. 

No seed has been requested nor will it be the season is so far advanced
