I compliance with Par. 1 circular No 18 dated Richmond Va. May 8th 1866 I have the honor to report that there is a poor house in King and Queen County for the benefit of destitute and suffering white citizens of that County. I do not know of any cases where rations are needed.

In compliance with Par. 2 same circular I have the honor to report that the planting is all done, therefore no seed is needed in King and Queen County.
