Sir:

I have the honor to report in obedience to Circular No 18 Hd Quarters B. R. F. & A. L. Richmond Va May 8, 1866  1. that there are no indigent White persons in my Sub District who do not receive aid from the Civil Authorities.

2. That having given notice "To all who were unable to furnish the necessary Corn and other Seed for planting" I have received no applications up to this present writing.
