I have the honor to report that the names of the White Citizens needing assistance, as for Circular No 18 Hd Qrs Asst Comr state of Va Richmond Va May 8th 1866, are as follows

1st  Harrison Sorrel Aged 65, A cripple - served in the Mexican War
2 Catherine Beazley Aged 71
3 Nancy Chandler Aged 98
4. Peggy Martin Aged 48 & little daughter aged 8 yrs
5. Nelly Howard Aged 70

I have recd recommendations from reliable Citizens to the effect that those parties are really in need of assistance.

I have recd no application for "Corn or seed for planting" from either White or Colored persons.
