Reports in compliance with Circular No 18, from office of Asst Commr Va of date May 8", 1866 that the enclosed list comprises the names of all white persons who depend entirely upon charity for support. Does not know that they will suffer if Gov. rations are not furnished. They are now supported by private charity.

Ten rations per day will be needed to supply these persons for the month of July
