Sir:
  In compliance with Circular No. 18, from the Off. of the A. Com. of Va of date May 8" 1866 I have the honor to report that the enclosed list comprises the names of all the white persons who depend entirely upon charity for support that I can learn of in this Co. I  dont know that they will suffer if Gov. rations are not furnished them but they will unless some one sustains them. They are now supported by private charity.  Ten rations per day will be needed to supply these persons for the month of July.
