Reports in compliance with Circular No. 18, C.S. Hd Qrs Asst Commr. State Va. that he has advertised and made general inquiry and has heard of no white persons who are in very great stress at this time for Rations, or of any persons who cannot obtain seed corn. If he hears of any cases of want, he will attend to them in compliance with the Circular.
