Captain:

In compliance with "Cir No. 10 War Department Bureau of R.F. and A. Lands, Washington July 11th 1865" I have the honor to report that all Refugees and Freedmen, of this County are self supporting, with the exception of three or four, of the latter who are very old, who are supported in part by the overseers of the Poor.

There are neither Colonies, Camps, Depots, Hospitals nor Government farms, in this Sub Dist, occupied by Refugees or Freedmen.  Land, and School Reports, are herewith forwarded.  I have no civilians employed.
