Captain:
In compliance with Cir No. 10, Series 1865 War Department, Bureau of R.F. and A.Lands. I have the honor to report that, all Refugees and Freedmen in this Sub. District, have been entirely Self Supporting during the present month.

There are neither Colonies, Camps, Depots, Hospitals or Government farms in this Sub District occupied by either Refugees or Freedmen.
