In compliance with the provisions of Cir No 6, Bureau R F & A L. Head Qrs. A.C. Richmond, Va, Jany 27th /66, I have the honor to submit the following report with reference to the condition of Bureau affairs in this Division.

Public Sentiment

remains the same, there being no special manifestation either of friendly or hostile feeling between the classes.

Labor

is plenty on reasonable terms; but no one accustomed to farming or chopping need be idle for want of employment.

Education

The schools continue in interest; but have declined in numbers during the month.  The one at
