One of them (the jury) actually arose in open court and commenced arguing the case for the prisoner. Witnesses were given the lie by the prisoner. A.S.A.C. and Civ: Aut: are making all efforts in their power to find the murderers, but without avail so far. Will report any further information. Filed. |
