In compliance with Par. 6. Cir. No 10. Hd Qrs Asst Comm. State of Richmond Va March 12th 1866. I have the honor to report that no cases in which Freedmen were parties have been tried before the Courts of Lancaster & Northumberland Cos during the month of June 1866.
