Reports in compliance with circ No 6 C.S. States he has attended all trials of which he has been notified. most of them being preliminary hearings

In all cases when whites have been a party the decisions are against the freedmen and in not one instance have the freedmen received satisfaction from the decision of Civil Courts & tis by his most strenuous exertions he can get a magistrate to act on any case. gives detailed statement of two cases and decisions of Magistrates
