I have the honor to forward, through the Office of Supt. 6th Dist. to your Head Quarters, the following report in compliance with Circular No. 10, of date March 12, 1866. 

There had been no cases tried by the County Courts in this Sub-Dist. since my last report, but there has been several Freedmen committed for trial, to be tried by the November Court. The proper testimony was heard in behalf of the prisoners at their hearing. 

A complaint was made to the Commonwealths Att'y. by a Freedman a few days since against a white man for violating the person of his daughter ten years old, in the county road; if it is properly attended to he will be brought before the Grand Jury, on November the 12th 1866,
