During the night the boy found an aunt of his-before th is time he did not know that he had a relation in this world-who went with him to Squire Head's office, and the following morning Squire Head not being in at the time she (the aunt) took the boy to another magistrate to whom se applied for a warrant for the arrest of Taylor but to no purpose, as he would not give her one, stating as an excuse that he had something of more importance to attend to &c. Shortly after this occurrence I happened to be in Squire Head's office, when he told me that he met Mr. Taylor in town that morning, and told him that the boy, William,
