In compliance with Par 6 Circular No 10 dated Bureau RF and A Lands, Head Quarters Asst Commissioner State of Va Richmond Va March 12th 1866 I have the honor respectfully to make the following report.
In my attendance of criminal cases at the several Civil Courts of the Sub Dist I have nothing of any special moment to report. The cases tried during the month have been exceedingly light, and ciminality is considerably on the decrease
