General,
I have the honor to make the following report of the Administration of Civil Justice in my Sub-District comprising the counties of Wythe Carrol Grayson Bland Smith and Tazewell for the month of January 1867.

At a Special term of the circuit court begun and held at this place by Judge Hudson on the 15th of the present month, Hanah Majo Eliza Johnson and Philip Dickinson were tried for Grand larcy and found guilty and sentenced to serve in the Penitentiary at hard labour, as follows

Hanah Majo for the term of (4) four years
Eliza Johnson for the term of (4) four years
Philip Dickinson for the term of (5) five years.
