March 12th, 1866, that no Freedman was tried, not concern of directly, or indirectly with any cases, Tried before the county court in this sub Dist for the month of Jany 1867. Par 5 of said order is he believes complied with, Freedmen are treated with impartiality & fairness.

The endorsement of Maj. Genl. Terry on said order is not complied with.
